3 fresh tomatillos, quartered
1 package dry Ranch buttermilk dressing
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
2/3 cup buttermilk
1 cup fresh cilantro
2 cloves garlic, crushed
juice of 1 lime
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Refrigerate at least one hour prior to serving.
Goes well served on a green salad with black beans, corn, and tomatoes.
